High-quality raw meat of carefully selected origin. We recommend shashlik and other grill meals, made of beef meat by our recipe. A small part of pork meat and salt are added, but completely without polyphosphate, soy, ascorbase or color.

Delicatessen manufacturing starts with a carefull selection and processing of a raw meat. By adding a mixture of spices manufacturing carries on in air-conditioned chambers, where meat is exposed to smoke and ember.

Fermented dry sausages are made by original domestic and foreign recipies, spiced up with mixture of spices specific to the region of Banat. We distinguish ‘’Budim’’ sausage – our costumers’ favourite product and the Chinese sausage – a winner of many medals at Novi Sad Fair.
